You'll need your Black Jaguar piece with its unique QR code, a smartphone, the Black Jaguar app, and your purchase code (sent by email or SMS after your purchase) or a gift code.
Once you have everything ready, simply link your piece's QR code to your profile, answer its question, and you're ready to connect!
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email or text message on your phone with your purchase code, depending on the contact information you provided during checkout.
Check the spam or promotions folder of the email address you used to place your order. If you still can't find it, please contact our support team.

Yes. You need to choose the same question that appears on your piece for it to work properly.
Other people can scan your piece, see your answer, and send you a connection request.
Yes! You can change it whenever you like.
Yes. The person who receives it can activate it using the purchase code or a gift code.
Yes. You can do it from edit profile. The piece can be linked to a profile again at any time, as long as you have the purchase code or gift code.

No. But if you don't activate your piece's QR code in the app, it won't be linked to your profile, and you won't be able to answer its question. Other Jaguars won't be able to connect with you through the app either. Your piece will still be unique—but without the technology and features that make Black Jaguar more than fashion.
