1.- Right to information
We inform you that this App and Website www.blackjaguar.es (hereinafter, the "Platform") is owned by BLACK JAGUAR, S.L. (hereinafter, "BLACK JAGUAR"), with Tax Identification Number (C.I.F.) B21861844 and registered office at C/ Costanilla de los Angeles 2, Escalera Izquierda 2D, Madrid (28013), registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry under daily log 2025, entry 8211, registration 1, and sheet M-851722.
Access to and/or use of the Platform confers upon you the status of user, and by such access and/or use, you accept this Legal Notice.

2.- Use of the Platform
The User shall be responsible for their use of the Platform. The Platform may provide access to a wide range of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content, advertising, and information (hereinafter, "Content") belonging to BLACK JAGUAR or to third parties, which the User may access.
The User agrees to make proper use of the Content and services offered through the Platform and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to:
- Engage in illicit or illegal activities, or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
- Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of the BLACK JAGUAR Platform, its suppliers, or third parties.
- Introducing or disseminating computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage onto the network.
- Attempting to access, use, and/or manipulate data belonging to BLACK JAGUAR, third-party providers, and other users.
- Reproducing or copying, distributing, making the Content available to the public via any form of public communication, or transforming or modifying the Content, unless authorized by BLACK JAGUAR.
- To remove, conceal, or manipulate Content subject to intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as other data identifying such rights belonging to BLACK JAGUAR or third parties and incorporated into the Content, and to remove technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be embedded in the Content.
BLACK JAGUAR advises that the materials contained on this Platform have been included for informational purposes only and are therefore insufficient for making decisions or adopting positions in a specific case.
The User should note that the materials contained on this Platform may not reflect the most recent legislative or case-law developments regarding the issues analyzed. Furthermore, these materials may be modified, expanded upon, or updated without prior notice.
BLACK JAGUAR shall have the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned conduct in accordance with the law, as well as to cooperate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.
BLACK JAGUAR may temporarily suspend access to the Platform without prior notice for maintenance, repair, updating, or improvement operations. However, whenever circumstances permit, BLACK JAGUAR will notify the User, with sufficient advance notice, of the scheduled date for the suspension of services. BLACK JAGUAR assumes no responsibility for the use Users may make of the Content included on the Platform.
3.- Intellectual and Industrial Property
All intellectual property rights regarding the content and graphic design of this Platform (including, without limitation, images, sound, audio, video, software, or text; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and layout, the selection of materials used, computer programs required for its operation, access, and use, etc.) are the exclusive property of BLACK JAGUAR or of a third party that has authorized BLACK JAGUAR to use them. Consequently, BLACK JAGUAR holds the exclusive right to exploit said content and graphic design.
Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12, approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and Law 17/2001 of December 7 on Trademarks, as well as any other supplementary legislation regarding intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, or public communication—including making available to the public or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification—of all or part of the content of the Platform is prohibited, except with the prior and express authorization of BLACK JAGUAR.
BLACK JAGUAR does not grant any license or authorization to use any of its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Platform and/or the services or content thereof.
The User agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by BLACK JAGUAR. In this regard, the reproduction and temporary storage of the Platform's content are permitted insofar as this is strictly necessary for using and viewing the Platform on a compatible personal electronic device.
Users bear sole responsibility for the legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights regarding the content they provide, and they shall be liable for any third-party claims arising from the unlawful use of content on the Platform.
4.- Data protection
The use of this Platform may require Users to provide personal data. BLACK JAGUAR processes this type of information in accordance with applicable legislation, and collects it in its Privacy Policy.
5.- Liability and Warranties
BLACK JAGUAR declares that it has adopted all necessary measures, within its capabilities and taking into account the current state of technology, to ensure the proper functioning of its Platform and the absence of viruses and harmful components.
However, BLACK JAGUAR cannot guarantee:
- the continuity and availability of the Content and Services at all times;
- the absence of errors in said Content or the failure to correct any defects that might exist;
- the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the data provided by Users, with the User being ultimately responsible for providing correct and up-to-date data;
- interruption of the Platform’s operation or computer failures, telephone breakdowns, disconnections, delays, or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads in telephone lines, data centers, the Internet system, or other electronic systems occurring during its operation;
- the absence of viruses or other harmful components, although appropriate measures will be taken to prevent this from occurring;
- any damage caused by third parties who breach or compromise BLACK JAGUAR's security systems.
6.- Duration and modification
This Legal Notice shall remain in effect indefinitely; BLACK JAGUAR reserves the right to modify the conditions specified herein, with such changes taking effect immediately upon publication.
BLACK JAGUAR may remove, add, or modify the Content and services it provides, as well as the manner in which they are located or presented. The conditions in effect are those published at the time the User accesses the BLACK JAGUAR Platform.
Access to and/or use of the Platform shall be deemed acceptance by the User of this Legal Notice and its conditions, as well as any changes made thereto.
7.- Hyperlinks
BLACK JAGUAR assumes no responsibility for links to other applications or websites found on the BLACK JAGUAR Platform, which may direct the User to other applications or websites over which BLACK JAGUAR has no control whatsoever.
In this regard, BLACK JAGUAR assumes no responsibility for the information contained in these third-party links or for any effects that may arise from such information.
Therefore, the inclusion of links to other websites or applications does not imply BLACK JAGUAR's endorsement of their content, nor the existence of any type of association between BLACK JAGUAR and the owners of such websites or applications.
Consequently, the User accesses the Content at their sole responsibility and subject to the applicable conditions of use.
8.- Safeguard and interpretation
This Legal Notice constitutes an agreement between each of the Users and BLACK JAGUAR.
If the competent authority declares a provision to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such declaration regarding one or more clauses shall be without prejudice to the validity of the remaining clauses.
The fact that BLACK JAGUAR does not require strict compliance with any of the provisions of this Legal Notice does not constitute, nor may it be interpreted in any way as, a waiver of its right to demand strict compliance in the future.
9.- General Information
BLACK JAGUAR will take action against any breach of this Legal Notice, as well as any misuse of its website, by exercising all civil and criminal actions available to it under the law.
